Buy African Grey Parrot in Thanisandra, Karnataka

We place across Thanisandra and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Is a African Grey Parrot a sensible choice for you in Thanisandra?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly African Grey Parrot will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Thanisandra without much drama.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a African Grey Parrot comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Thanisandra flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a African Grey Parrot names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented bird from an undocumented one.

What a African Grey Parrot costs in Thanisandra

Between ₹67,146 and ₹67,146 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated African Grey Parrot costs more up front and less in the first months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A African Grey Parrot reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

What you will pay

Expect ₹67,146 upward, to around ₹67,146. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
