Anti-Harassment & Zero-Tolerance Extortion Policy
Bengaluru Pets (Owned and operated by Puppies Heaven (MSME / Udyam: UDYAM-KR-03-0759956) provisions on extortion and criminal intimidation, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and where a public servant seeks undue advantage, the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

| Termination of contact | Further correspondence accepted only in writing through the Grievance Officer or legal process. |
| Platform action | Account suspension and permanent IP blocking across all brand sites operated by Bengaluru Pets. |
| Referral | Reported to the appropriate administrative, vigilance or law enforcement authority. |
6. Protection of Our Own Conduct
Before you confirm society rules, this Policy binds us too. Our staff must remain courteous and professional at all times. If any representative of Bengaluru Pets behaves improperly towards you, report it to the Grievance Officer — such reports are investigated.
