Buy Dusky Lorikeet in Siruguppa, Karnataka

What is listed for Siruguppa is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Dusky Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Dusky Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Is a Dusky Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Siruguppa?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Siruguppa apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

mild tropical plateau, and comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Dusky Lorikeet will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

What a Dusky Lorikeet costs in Siruguppa

Expect ₹62,167 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Dusky Lorikeet to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

What you will pay

Expect ₹62,167 upward, to around ₹62,167. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
