Meet Dusky Lorikeet: a 1-month-old Dusky Lorikeet puppy, as per breed standard coat, listed only after vaccination and deworming were done.
This is a its lifetime commitment. Someone needs to break up the day; apartment living works when stimulation is planned, not assumed.
Ask to read the three records on the call before you pay anything — card, deworming dates, and the vet note.
About Dusky Lorikeet
Thinking about a Dusky Lorikeet? It is a small dog, social, and lives around 20–25 years. Before anything else, check your week: this breed does well when someone is home to break up the day, and poorly with eleven empty hours.
If that does not describe your household, tell us - we would rather point you at a different dog that fits than sell you this one.
Your Dusky Lorikeet checklist
- Damp: dry it properly in the wet months - skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Sleep: one place that is unambiguously its own, away from the main walkway.
- Socialising: new people, surfaces and noises early and often, while it is still easy.
- Weight: judged against your vet's target, never against what the dog asks for.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
