Buy Orange Wing Amazon Parrots in Madikeri, Karnataka

We place across Madikeri and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Orange Wing Amazon Parrots names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented bird from an undocumented one.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

pleasant semi-tropical, and comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Orange Wing Amazon Parrots.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Orange Wing Amazon Parrots will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new medium bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a medium bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Orange Wing Amazon Parrots are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

What you will pay

Expect ₹71,516 upward, to around ₹71,516. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
