Buy Hahn's Macaw in Kothnur, Karnataka

What is listed for Kothnur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Hahn's Macaw you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Hahn's Macaw is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Hahn's Macaw that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Hahn's Macaw that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 5-15 Years is easier.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Hahn's Macaw to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership For a Hahn's Macaw that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Hahn's Macaw price, and the cost after it

₹64,953 to ₹64,953 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Hahn's Macaw without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Health and handover

Every Hahn's Macaw is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
