Buy Dusky Lorikeet in Agalakote, Karnataka

What is listed for Agalakote is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Dusky Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

What a Dusky Lorikeet costs in Agalakote

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Dusky Lorikeet without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Dusky Lorikeet to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Dusky Lorikeet is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

pleasant semi-tropical, and the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Dusky Lorikeet comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Agalakote flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Dusky Lorikeet price, and the cost after it

₹62,167 to ₹62,167 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Dusky Lorikeet without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
