Buy Black Capped Conure in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh
We place across Srikakulam and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Feeding a small bird without guesswork
Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Black Capped Conure will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.
Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year
humid coastal, and moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
What a Black Capped Conure costs in Srikakulam
The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Black Capped Conure without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a small Black Capped Conure to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Black Capped Conure arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Black Capped Conure comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Srikakulam flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Black Capped Conure price, and the cost after it
₹31,622 to ₹31,622 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Black Capped Conure without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Black Capped Conure in Srikakulam: local climate
Srikakulam is hottest in April, averaging 39°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from April to May. A Black Capped Conure needs real protection from that: a cage well away from windows and direct sun, a shallow bath dish, and a room that stays under about 32°C.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 17°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from June to October, and September is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Black Capped Conure bird, the easiest months to arrive are November to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 29 | 32 | 36 | 39 | 38 | 34 | 32 | 31 | 31 | 30 | 28 | 27 |
| Low °C | 17 | 19 | 23 | 26 | 27 | 27 | 26 | 26 | 25 | 24 | 20 | 17 |
| Rain mm | 5 | 15 | 16 | 34 | 73 | 164 | 221 | 219 | 234 | 203 | 68 | 17 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.
