We place across Thottambedu and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a giant dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Feeding a giant dog without guesswork
Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The French Mastiff Puppy will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly French Mastiff Puppy is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 10-12 Years.
What a French Mastiff Puppy costs in Thottambedu
Between ₹47,270 and ₹47,270 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the dog is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated French Mastiff Puppy costs more up front and less in the first months.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every French Mastiff Puppy; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year
moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips For a French Mastiff Puppy that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a giant French Mastiff Puppy to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the dog already has one place it considers its own.
What you will pay
Expect ₹47,270 upward, to around ₹47,270. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-12 Years.
Health and handover
Every French Mastiff Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a giant dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a French Mastiff in Thottambedu: local climate
Summer here peaks in May at about 37°C. That is manageable for a French Mastiff, but watch it closely because its short muzzle makes panting less effective at shedding heat and a giant body sheds heat slowly: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 21°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and November is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new French Mastiff puppy, the easiest months to arrive are December to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 28 | 30 | 34 | 36 | 37 | 35 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 31 | 28 | 27 |
| Low °C | 21 | 21 | 23 | 26 | 28 | 27 | 26 | 26 | 26 | 25 | 24 | 22 |
| Rain mm | 13 | 4 | 10 | 18 | 43 | 59 | 97 | 117 | 121 | 253 | 257 | 93 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.
