What is listed for Thondur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Boxer Puppy you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Boxer Puppy that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-12 Years is easier.
Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a large dog notices both. moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Boxer Puppy will barely register the change.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Boxer Puppy reads consistency as safety, and a settled dog learns faster.
Feeding a large dog without guesswork
Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Boxer Puppy will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.
Health records you should insist on
Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Boxer Puppy names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented dog from an undocumented one.
Is a Boxer Puppy a sensible choice for you in Thondur?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Boxer Puppy placements in Thondur than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Boxer Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹26,995 to ₹26,995 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Boxer Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Boxer in Thondur: local climate
Summer here peaks in May at about 36°C. That is manageable for a Boxer, but watch it closely because its short muzzle makes panting less effective at shedding heat and a large body sheds heat slowly: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 20°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and November is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new Boxer puppy, the easiest months to arrive are December to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 27 | 30 | 34 | 36 | 36 | 35 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 30 | 28 | 27 |
| Low °C | 20 | 21 | 23 | 26 | 27 | 27 | 26 | 25 | 25 | 25 | 23 | 21 |
| Rain mm | 14 | 5 | 12 | 23 | 48 | 66 | 104 | 125 | 137 | 256 | 278 | 110 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Boxer Puppy
Your week with a Boxer Puppy, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the dog properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Boxer Puppy comes home.
