Buy Chihuahua Puppy in Nandikotkur, Andhra Pradesh
What is listed for Nandikotkur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Chihuahua Puppy you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Chihuahua Puppy is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 10-12 Years.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Chihuahua Puppy.
Feeding a tiny dog without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A tiny breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Chihuahua Puppy; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
What a Chihuahua Puppy costs in Nandikotkur
The purchase is the small number. Over 10-12 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Chihuahua Puppy without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Is a Chihuahua Puppy a sensible choice for you in Nandikotkur?
Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Chihuahua Puppy will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Nandikotkur without much drama.
What you will pay
Expect ₹27,994 upward, to around ₹27,994. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-12 Years.
Health and handover
Every Chihuahua Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a tiny dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Chihuahua in Nandikotkur: local climate
Nandikotkur is hottest in April, averaging 41°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Chihuahua needs real protection from that: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 16°C, so cold is not a concern.
Most of the year's rain falls in September. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new Chihuahua puppy, the easiest months to arrive are January, June, October, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 32 | 35 | 39 | 41 | 40 | 34 | 32 | 31 | 31 | 30 | 30 | 31 |
| Low °C | 16 | 18 | 22 | 26 | 27 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 22 | 21 | 18 | 16 |
| Rain mm | 5 | 2 | 15 | 24 | 53 | 102 | 124 | 130 | 159 | 94 | 19 | 3 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Chihuahua Puppy
A practical checklist for a tiny dog in a Nandikotkur flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a family friendly breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
