Buy Exotic Short Hair Kittens in Vellore, Tamil Nadu
We place across Vellore and the wider Tamil Nadu region. If a medium cat does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year
the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important For a Exotic Short Hair Kittens that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the cat to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Exotic Short Hair Kittens.
Health records you should insist on
Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Exotic Short Hair Kittens names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented cat from an undocumented one.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Exotic Short Hair Kittens comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Vellore flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Settling in with children and other pets
Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new medium cat entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.
What a Exotic Short Hair Kittens costs in Vellore
Expect ₹32,118 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.
Exotic Short Hair Kittens price, and the cost after it
₹32,118 to ₹32,118 for the cat. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Exotic Short Hair Kittens without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Health and handover
Every Exotic Short Hair Kittens is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium cat moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Exotic Short Hair in Vellore: local climate
Vellore is hottest in April, averaging 38°C in the afternoon. A Exotic Short Hair needs real protection from that: a cool room with the curtains drawn in the afternoon, a tiled floor to lie on, and fresh water in more than one place.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 16°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and November is usually the wettest month. Dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.
For a new Exotic Short Hair kitten, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, June, July and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 28 | 32 | 36 | 38 | 37 | 35 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 30 | 28 | 27 |
| Low °C | 16 | 17 | 20 | 24 | 26 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 22 | 20 | 18 |
| Rain mm | 12 | 7 | 15 | 34 | 66 | 72 | 104 | 121 | 146 | 198 | 201 | 79 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Exotic Short Hair Kittens
A practical checklist for a medium cat in a Vellore flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a quiet & affectionate breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
