Buy Sugar Glider in Kondotty, Kerala
What is listed for Kondotty is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different small pet that fits your schedule than sell you the Sugar Glider you asked for and hear about it in six months.
What a Sugar Glider costs in Kondotty
Between ₹17,394 and ₹17,394 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the small pet is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Sugar Glider costs more up front and less in the first months.
Settling in with children and other pets
Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new tiny small pet entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Sugar Glider reads consistency as safety, and a settled small pet learns faster.
Weather, coat and the Kerala year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a tiny small pet notices both. moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Sugar Glider will barely register the change.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a tiny small pet, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Sugar Glider are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Sugar Glider; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Sugar Glider price, and the cost after it
₹17,394 to ₹17,394 for the small pet. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Sugar Glider without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Sugar Glider in Kondotty: local climate
Summer here peaks in March at about 37°C. That is manageable for a Sugar Glider: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 21°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from May to October, and June is usually the wettest month. Keep the bedding dry and change it more often, because damp bedding causes respiratory problems.
For a new Sugar Glider pet, the easiest months to arrive are January, April and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 33 | 36 | 37 | 35 | 32 | 29 | 28 | 28 | 29 | 30 | 30 | 31 |
| Low °C | 21 | 22 | 24 | 25 | 26 | 25 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 21 |
| Rain mm | 5 | 11 | 33 | 84 | 184 | 399 | 368 | 278 | 217 | 241 | 129 | 26 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Sugar Glider | White (Lucy)
Your week with a Sugar Glider, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the small pet properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Sugar Glider comes home.
