Buy Scarlet Macaw in Narnoor, Telangana
What is listed for Narnoor is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Scarlet Macaw you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Scarlet Macaw comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Narnoor flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
What a Scarlet Macaw costs in Narnoor
The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Scarlet Macaw without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Scarlet Macaw is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.
Weather, coat and the Telangana year
comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward For a Scarlet Macaw that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Is a Scarlet Macaw a sensible choice for you in Narnoor?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Scarlet Macaw placements in Narnoor than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Scarlet Macaw.
What you will pay
Expect ₹298,026 upward, to around ₹298,026. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Scarlet Macaw in Narnoor: local climate
Narnoor is hottest in May, averaging 43°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Scarlet Macaw needs real protection from that: a cage well away from windows and direct sun, a shallow bath dish, and a room that stays under about 32°C.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 13°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from June to September, and July is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Scarlet Macaw bird, the easiest months to arrive are October to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 34 | 38 | 42 | 43 | 36 | 31 | 29 | 29 | 30 | 29 | 29 |
| Low °C | 13 | 17 | 21 | 26 | 29 | 26 | 23 | 23 | 22 | 20 | 16 | 13 |
| Rain mm | 12 | 8 | 19 | 13 | 18 | 157 | 268 | 233 | 162 | 55 | 10 | 2 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Scarlet Macaw
A practical checklist for a large bird in a Narnoor flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.
- Company: a family friendly breed does badly with eleven empty hours. Arrange a break in the day.
- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
