Buy Chattering Lorikeet in Kondapur, Telangana
What is listed for Kondapur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Chattering Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Chattering Lorikeet; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
What a Chattering Lorikeet costs in Kondapur
The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Chattering Lorikeet without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Is a Chattering Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Kondapur?
You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Kondapur apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.
Weather, coat and the Telangana year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a small bird notices both. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Chattering Lorikeet will barely register the change.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Chattering Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Chattering Lorikeet reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.
Chattering Lorikeet price, and the cost after it
₹60,337 to ₹60,337 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Chattering Lorikeet without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Chattering Lorikeet in Kondapur: local climate
Kondapur is hottest in May, averaging 42°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Chattering Lorikeet needs real protection from that: a cage well away from windows and direct sun, a shallow bath dish, and a room that stays under about 32°C.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 15°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from July to August, and August is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Chattering Lorikeet bird, the easiest months to arrive are October to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 34 | 38 | 41 | 42 | 35 | 32 | 31 | 31 | 30 | 30 | 29 |
| Low °C | 16 | 18 | 22 | 26 | 28 | 26 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 21 | 18 | 15 |
| Rain mm | 8 | 6 | 17 | 21 | 29 | 112 | 169 | 192 | 143 | 90 | 17 | 5 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Chattering Lorikeet comes home.
