Buy Yellow Naped Amazon in Valparai, Tamil Nadu
We place across Valparai and the wider Tamil Nadu region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Yellow Naped Amazon reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.
What a Yellow Naped Amazon costs in Valparai
Between ₹94,020 and ₹94,020 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Yellow Naped Amazon costs more up front and less in the first months.
Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year
the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention For a Yellow Naped Amazon that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Feeding a medium bird without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Is a Yellow Naped Amazon a sensible choice for you in Valparai?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Yellow Naped Amazon placements in Valparai than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Yellow Naped Amazon is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.
Yellow Naped Amazon price, and the cost after it
₹94,020 to ₹94,020 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Yellow Naped Amazon without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Yellow Naped Amazon in Valparai: local climate
The city sits at about 1,062 m above sea level, so it runs cooler than the plains around it.
Summers here are mild, peaking at about 31°C in March, so heat is rarely the problem for a Yellow Naped Amazon that it is on the plains.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 13°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from May to October, and June is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Yellow Naped Amazon bird, the easiest months to arrive are December to April: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 26 | 29 | 31 | 30 | 26 | 23 | 22 | 22 | 23 | 24 | 23 | 24 |
| Low °C | 13 | 14 | 17 | 18 | 18 | 18 | 17 | 17 | 17 | 17 | 16 | 14 |
