Buy Chattering Lorikeet in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu

We place across Perundurai and the wider Tamil Nadu region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Is a Chattering Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Perundurai?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Perundurai apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year

coastal tropical, and the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Chattering Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

What a Chattering Lorikeet costs in Perundurai

Between ₹60,337 and ₹60,337 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Chattering Lorikeet costs more up front and less in the first months.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Chattering Lorikeet that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 5-15 Years is easier.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Chattering Lorikeet.

What you will pay

Expect ₹60,337 upward, to around ₹60,337. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
