Buy Red Lorikeet in Kunnam, Tamil Nadu

What is listed for Kunnam is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Red Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Is a Red Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Kunnam?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Kunnam apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year

the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention For a Red Lorikeet that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

What a Red Lorikeet costs in Kunnam

Between ₹63,387 and ₹63,387 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Red Lorikeet costs more up front and less in the first months.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Red Lorikeet.

What you will pay

Expect ₹63,387 upward, to around ₹63,387. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Red Lorikeet is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
