Buy Yellow Naped Amazon in Kallakkurichi, Tamil Nadu

We place across Kallakkurichi and the wider Tamil Nadu region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Yellow Naped Amazon that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Yellow Naped Amazon; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Weather, coat and the Tamil Nadu year

the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important For a Yellow Naped Amazon that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

What a Yellow Naped Amazon costs in Kallakkurichi

Expect ₹94,020 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Yellow Naped Amazon.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Yellow Naped Amazon comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Kallakkurichi flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

What you will pay

Expect ₹94,020 upward, to around ₹94,020. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
