Buy Chattering Lorikeet in Kuttanad, Kerala

What is listed for Kuttanad is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Chattering Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Weather, coat and the Kerala year

the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important For a Chattering Lorikeet that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Is a Chattering Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Kuttanad?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Kuttanad apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a small bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Chattering Lorikeet are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Chattering Lorikeet that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Chattering Lorikeet; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Chattering Lorikeet is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

What you will pay

Expect ₹60,337 upward, to around ₹60,337. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Chattering Lorikeet is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
