Buy Yellow Naped Amazon in Yadrami, Karnataka
We place across Yadrami and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Feeding a medium bird without guesswork
Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Yellow Naped Amazon that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a medium Yellow Naped Amazon to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.
Health records you should insist on
Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a medium bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Weather, coat and the Karnataka year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a medium bird notices both. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Yellow Naped Amazon will barely register the change.
What a Yellow Naped Amazon costs in Yadrami
Expect ₹94,020 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.
Is a Yellow Naped Amazon a sensible choice for you in Yadrami?
You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A medium bird in a Yadrami apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.
Yellow Naped Amazon price, and the cost after it
₹94,020 to ₹94,020 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Yellow Naped Amazon without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Health and handover
Every Yellow Naped Amazon is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Yellow Naped Amazon in Yadrami: local climate
Yadrami is hottest in April, averaging 40°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Yellow Naped Amazon needs real protection from that: a cage well away from windows and direct sun, a shallow bath dish, and a room that stays under about 32°C.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 14°C, so cold is not a concern.
Most of the year's rain falls in September. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Yellow Naped Amazon bird, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, June, July, August, October, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 32 | 35 | 38 | 40 | 40 | 34 | 32 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 30 | 30 |

Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Your week with a Yellow Naped Amazon, reduced to what actually matters.

- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Yellow Naped Amazon comes home.
