Buy Red Lorikeet in Varthur, Karnataka

What is listed for Varthur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Red Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Is a Red Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Varthur?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Red Lorikeet will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Varthur without much drama.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Red Lorikeet will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Red Lorikeet reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Red Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Red Lorikeet comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Varthur flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

What a Red Lorikeet costs in Varthur

Expect ₹63,387 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Red Lorikeet price, and the cost after it

₹63,387 to ₹63,387 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Red Lorikeet without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Health and handover

Every Red Lorikeet is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
