Buy Cockatiel in Sunkadakatte, Karnataka

What is listed for Sunkadakatte is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Cockatiel you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Cockatiel will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Cockatiel; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a small bird notices both. comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Cockatiel will barely register the change.

Is a Cockatiel a sensible choice for you in Sunkadakatte?

You are choosing a 15-20 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Sunkadakatte apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Cockatiel.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A gentle Cockatiel that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 15-20 Years is easier.

What you will pay

Expect ₹9,000 upward, to around ₹9,000. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 15-20 Years.

Health and handover

Every Cockatiel is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
