We place across Pattegarhpalya and the wider Karnataka region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Blue Monk; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Blue Monk will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

What a Blue Monk costs in Pattegarhpalya

Between ₹26,131 and ₹26,131 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Blue Monk costs more up front and less in the first months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Blue Monk reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Is a Blue Monk a sensible choice for you in Pattegarhpalya?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Blue Monk will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Pattegarhpalya without much drama.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Blue Monk is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

Blue Monk price, and the cost after it

₹26,131 to ₹26,131 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Blue Monk without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
