We place across Madivala and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the African Grey Parrot arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Is a African Grey Parrot a sensible choice for you in Madivala?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly African Grey Parrot will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Madivala without much drama.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward For a African Grey Parrot that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A African Grey Parrot reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The African Grey Parrot will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

What a African Grey Parrot costs in Madivala

Between ₹67,146 and ₹67,146 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated African Grey Parrot costs more up front and less in the first months.

What you will pay

Expect ₹67,146 upward, to around ₹67,146. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every African Grey Parrot is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
