Buy Scarlet Macaw in Kunigal, Karnataka

What is listed for Kunigal is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Scarlet Macaw you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Is a Scarlet Macaw a sensible choice for you in Kunigal?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A large bird in a Kunigal apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a large bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Scarlet Macaw are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Scarlet Macaw; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a large Scarlet Macaw to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

What a Scarlet Macaw costs in Kunigal

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Scarlet Macaw without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

Feeding a large bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A large breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

What you will pay

Expect ₹298,026 upward, to around ₹298,026. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Scarlet Macaw is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
