Buy Yellow Naped Amazon in Kundgol, Karnataka

What is listed for Kundgol is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Yellow Naped Amazon you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Is a Yellow Naped Amazon a sensible choice for you in Kundgol?

Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Yellow Naped Amazon placements in Kundgol than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Yellow Naped Amazon.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Yellow Naped Amazon that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 5-15 Years is easier.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Yellow Naped Amazon will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

pleasant semi-tropical, and comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Your practical takeaway: brush more often than the breed guides suggest, keep the bird dry through the wet months, and check between the pads after walks. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Yellow Naped Amazon arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

What you will pay

Expect ₹94,020 upward, to around ₹94,020. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
