Buy Chattering Lorikeet in KR Puram, Karnataka

We place across KR Puram and the wider Karnataka region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Chattering Lorikeet that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

What a Chattering Lorikeet costs in KR Puram

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Chattering Lorikeet without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

Is a Chattering Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in KR Puram?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Chattering Lorikeet will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into KR Puram without much drama.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Chattering Lorikeet to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Chattering Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a small bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Chattering Lorikeet are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

What you will pay

Expect ₹60,337 upward, to around ₹60,337. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
