Buy Blue & Gold Macaw in Koratagere, Karnataka

What is listed for Koratagere is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Blue & Gold Macaw you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Blue & Gold Macaw.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new large bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a large bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Blue & Gold Macaw are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Blue & Gold Macaw; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Feeding a large bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Blue & Gold Macaw that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Is a Blue & Gold Macaw a sensible choice for you in Koratagere?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A large bird in a Koratagere apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

What you will pay

Expect ₹130,187 upward, to around ₹130,187. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Blue & Gold Macaw is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
