Buy Cockatiel in Kodihalli, Karnataka

What is listed for Kodihalli is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Cockatiel you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Cockatiel comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Kodihalli flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Cockatiel will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Cockatiel; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Is a Cockatiel a sensible choice for you in Kodihalli?

You are choosing a 15-20 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Kodihalli apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Cockatiel to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Cockatiel arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Cockatiel price, and the cost after it

₹3,310 to ₹3,310 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Cockatiel without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Health and handover

Every Cockatiel is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
