Buy Black Headed Caique in Kengeri, Karnataka

What is listed for Kengeri is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Black Headed Caique you asked for and hear about it in six months.

What a Black Headed Caique costs in Kengeri

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Black Headed Caique without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Black Headed Caique to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Is a Black Headed Caique a sensible choice for you in Kengeri?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Black Headed Caique will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Kengeri without much drama.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Black Headed Caique comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Kengeri flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

What you will pay

Expect ₹49,658 upward, to around ₹49,658. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Black Headed Caique is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
