We place across JC Nagar and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Is a Gallah Cockatoo a sensible choice for you in JC Nagar?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A medium bird in a JC Nagar apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Gallah Cockatoo is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a medium Gallah Cockatoo to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a medium bird notices both. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Gallah Cockatoo will barely register the change.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Gallah Cockatoo; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Gallah Cockatoo price, and the cost after it

₹229,870 to ₹229,870 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Gallah Cockatoo without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Health and handover

Every Gallah Cockatoo is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
