Buy Red Lorikeet in Hulimavu, Karnataka

What is listed for Hulimavu is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Red Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

What a Red Lorikeet costs in Hulimavu

Expect ₹63,387 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Red Lorikeet.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Red Lorikeet is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

Is a Red Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Hulimavu?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A small bird in a Hulimavu apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Red Lorikeet comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Hulimavu flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Red Lorikeet that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

What you will pay

Expect ₹63,387 upward, to around ₹63,387. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
