Buy Chattering Lorikeet in Hulimavu, Karnataka

What is listed for Hulimavu is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Chattering Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Chattering Lorikeet comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Hulimavu flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

What a Chattering Lorikeet costs in Hulimavu

Between ₹60,337 and ₹60,337 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Chattering Lorikeet costs more up front and less in the first months.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Chattering Lorikeet.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Chattering Lorikeet that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Chattering Lorikeet is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

What you will pay

Expect ₹60,337 upward, to around ₹60,337. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
