Buy Moluccan Cockatoo in Hosdurga, Karnataka

What is listed for Hosdurga is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Moluccan Cockatoo you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Is a Moluccan Cockatoo a sensible choice for you in Hosdurga?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A large bird in a Hosdurga apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a large bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Moluccan Cockatoo are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Moluccan Cockatoo reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

What a Moluccan Cockatoo costs in Hosdurga

Expect ₹311,626 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Moluccan Cockatoo; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new large bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

What you will pay

Expect ₹311,626 upward, to around ₹311,626. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Moluccan Cockatoo is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
