Buy Red Collared Lorikeet in Hebbagodi, Karnataka

We place across Hebbagodi and the wider Karnataka region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Is a Red Collared Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Hebbagodi?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Red Collared Lorikeet will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Hebbagodi without much drama.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Red Collared Lorikeet will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a small bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Red Collared Lorikeet are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Red Collared Lorikeet arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

What a Red Collared Lorikeet costs in Hebbagodi

Expect ₹21,223 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Red Collared Lorikeet.

What you will pay

Expect ₹21,223 upward, to around ₹21,223. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
