Buy Rosella Bird in Electronic City Phase 1, Karnataka

What is listed for Electronic City Phase 1 is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Rosella Bird you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Health records you should insist on

Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year. Booster schedules run on the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Rosella Bird to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Rosella Bird that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Rosella Bird arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Rosella Bird that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 5-15 Years is easier.

What a Rosella Bird costs in Electronic City Phase 1

Expect ₹34,935 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Rosella Bird price, and the cost after it

₹34,935 to ₹34,935 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Rosella Bird without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
