Buy Yellow Naped Amazon in Chickpet, Karnataka

We place across Chickpet and the wider Karnataka region. If a medium bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Yellow Naped Amazon; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the Yellow Naped Amazon arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Is a Yellow Naped Amazon a sensible choice for you in Chickpet?

Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Yellow Naped Amazon placements in Chickpet than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a medium bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Yellow Naped Amazon are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Feeding a medium bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A medium breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Yellow Naped Amazon.

What you will pay

Expect ₹94,020 upward, to around ₹94,020. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Yellow Naped Amazon is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a medium bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
