Buy Red Lorikeet in Chellaghatta, Karnataka

What is listed for Chellaghatta is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Red Lorikeet you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Weather, coat and the Karnataka year

the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership For a Red Lorikeet that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Red Lorikeet reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Red Lorikeet comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Chellaghatta flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

What a Red Lorikeet costs in Chellaghatta

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Red Lorikeet without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Red Lorikeet that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.

What you will pay

Expect ₹63,387 upward, to around ₹63,387. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
