We place across Bapuji Nagar and the wider Karnataka region. If a large bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Feeding a large bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A large breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Is a Scarlet Macaw a sensible choice for you in Bapuji Nagar?

You are choosing a 5-15 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A large bird in a Bapuji Nagar apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Scarlet Macaw reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Scarlet Macaw names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented bird from an undocumented one.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a large bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Scarlet Macaw are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

What a Scarlet Macaw costs in Bapuji Nagar

Between ₹298,026 and ₹298,026 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Scarlet Macaw costs more up front and less in the first months.

What you will pay

Expect ₹298,026 upward, to around ₹298,026. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
