We place across Bantalahalli and the wider Karnataka region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

What a White Bellied Caique costs in Bantalahalli

Between ₹59,147 and ₹59,147 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated White Bellied Caique costs more up front and less in the first months.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a small bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young White Bellied Caique are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.

Health records you should insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every White Bellied Caique; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.

Settling in with children and other pets

Teach the children the rules before the White Bellied Caique arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a bird that seeks them out.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Is a White Bellied Caique a sensible choice for you in Bantalahalli?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly White Bellied Caique will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Bantalahalli without much drama.

What you will pay

Expect ₹59,147 upward, to around ₹59,147. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
