Buy Red Lorikeet in Banashankari, Karnataka

We place across Banashankari and the wider Karnataka region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Red Lorikeet names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented bird from an undocumented one.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Red Lorikeet to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

Is a Red Lorikeet a sensible choice for you in Banashankari?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Red Lorikeet will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Banashankari without much drama.

Settling in with children and other pets

Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Red Lorikeet is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.

What a Red Lorikeet costs in Banashankari

The purchase is the small number. Over 5-15 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Red Lorikeet without mentioning that is selling, not advising.

What you will pay

Expect ₹63,387 upward, to around ₹63,387. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
