Buy Blue Sided in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh
What is listed for West Godavari is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Blue Sided you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Blue Sided comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a West Godavari flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
What a Blue Sided costs in West Godavari
Between ₹7,062 and ₹7,062 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the bird is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated Blue Sided costs more up front and less in the first months.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Blue Sided; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Is a Blue Sided a sensible choice for you in West Godavari?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Blue Sided placements in West Godavari than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Blue Sided is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a small Blue Sided to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.
Blue Sided price, and the cost after it
₹7,062 to ₹7,062 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Blue Sided without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Blue Sided in West Godavari: local climate
Summer here peaks in May at about 37°C. That is manageable for a Blue Sided: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 19°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from July to October, and October is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Blue Sided bird, the easiest months to arrive are November to February: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 33 | 36 | 37 | 37 | 34 | 32 | 30 | 30 | 30 | 29 | 29 |
| Low °C | 19 | 20 | 23 | 26 | 28 | 27 | 26 | 25 | 25 | 24 | 21 | 19 |
| Rain mm | 5 | 11 | 9 | 21 | 51 | 141 | 190 | 179 | 188 | 216 | 78 | 22 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Blue Sided | Turquoise Conure
A practical checklist for a small bird in a West Godavari flat.
- Routine: fixed meals, fixed sleeping spot, one person feeding for the first fortnight.
- Paws: check between the pads after every walk.

- Neighbours: corridor manners in month one buy goodwill you will need later.
- Vet: registered before you need one, not during an emergency.
