Buy Sun Cheek Conure in Kothuru, Andhra Pradesh
We place across Kothuru and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Is a Sun Cheek Conure a sensible choice for you in Kothuru?
Ask yourself who walks it at seven in the morning. That one question decides more Sun Cheek Conure placements in Kothuru than price does. If the answer is genuinely nobody, look at a lower-energy breed instead - we will help you do that.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Check three things before you commit: whether your association permits a small bird, whether the service lift is usable, and what your floor is made of. Polished granite and a young Sun Cheek Conure are a bad pairing - put runners down before it arrives, not after the first slip.
Health records you should insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note. You should be able to read them before you pay. We provide all three with every Sun Cheek Conure; if any seller cannot, treat that as the answer.
Settling in with children and other pets
Introduce slowly and supervise every early meeting. A family friendly Sun Cheek Conure is usually good with children, but 'usually' is doing work in that sentence - the first fortnight sets the pattern for 5-15 Years.
Feeding a small bird without guesswork
Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Sun Cheek Conure.
Sun Cheek Conure price, and the cost after it
₹8,777 to ₹8,777 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Sun Cheek Conure without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Sun Cheek Conure in Kothuru: local climate
Summer here peaks in May at about 37°C. That is manageable for a Sun Cheek Conure: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.
Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 21°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.
The rainy season runs from October to November, and October is usually the wettest month. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Sun Cheek Conure bird, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, March, June, July, August, September and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 27 | 30 | 33 | 35 | 37 | 35 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 31 | 28 | 27 |
| Low °C | 21 | 22 | 24 | 26 | 29 | 28 | 27 | 26 | 26 | 26 | 24 | 22 |
| Rain mm | 10 | 5 | 8 | 16 | 41 | 61 | 96 | 114 | 120 | 220 | 174 | 52 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Sun Cheek Conure
Your week with a Sun Cheek Conure, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the bird properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Sun Cheek Conure comes home.
