Buy Moluccan Cockatoo in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh

We place across Eluru and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a large bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Is a Moluccan Cockatoo a sensible choice for you in Eluru?

Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly Moluccan Cockatoo will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Eluru without much drama.

Feeding a large bird without guesswork

Portion by weight and adjust monthly. The Moluccan Cockatoo will tell you it is starving regardless; your vet's target weight is the honest signal. Overfeeding in the first year is the single most common thing we correct.

Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year

The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a large bird notices both. moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the Moluccan Cockatoo will barely register the change.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new large bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Moluccan Cockatoo reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Moluccan Cockatoo comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Eluru flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

What you will pay

Expect ₹311,626 upward, to around ₹311,626. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Records to insist on

Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
