We place across Chakrayapet and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. If a small bird does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Nanday Conure comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Chakrayapet flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Health records you should insist on

Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Nanday Conure names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented bird from an undocumented one.

Feeding a small bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A small breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year

the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention For a Nanday Conure that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new small bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Do not introduce a small Nanday Conure to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the bird already has one place it considers its own.

What you will pay

Expect ₹32,797 upward, to around ₹32,797. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Nanday Conure is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a small bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
