Buy Blue & Gold Macaw in Atchampet, Andhra Pradesh
What is listed for Atchampet is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Blue & Gold Macaw you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Set the routine before you set the affection. Fixed meal times, a fixed sleeping spot, and a fixed person doing the feeding for the first fortnight. A Blue & Gold Macaw reads consistency as safety, and a settled bird learns faster.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Balconies need grilles before a Blue & Gold Macaw comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Atchampet flat with people in it beats a large empty house.
Settling in with children and other pets
Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new large bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.
Feeding a large bird without guesswork
Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the bird lobbies. A Blue & Gold Macaw that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 5-15 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.
What a Blue & Gold Macaw costs in Atchampet
Expect ₹130,187 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.
Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year
the sea-influenced humidity makes ventilation and dry bedding important For a Blue & Gold Macaw that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.
Blue & Gold Macaw price, and the cost after it
₹130,187 to ₹130,187 for the bird. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a Blue & Gold Macaw without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a Blue & Gold Macaw in Atchampet: local climate
Atchampet is hottest in April, averaging 40°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A Blue & Gold Macaw needs real protection from that: a cage well away from windows and direct sun, a shallow bath dish, and a room that stays under about 32°C.
Winters are mild, with January nights around 16°C, so cold is not a concern.
Most of the year's rain falls in September. Keep the cage out of damp corners and change the paper daily.
For a new Blue & Gold Macaw bird, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, June, July, October, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 31 | 34 | 38 | 40 | 40 | 34 | 33 | 32 | 31 | 30 | 29 | 29 |
| Low °C | 16 | 18 | 21 | 25 | 27 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 21 | 18 | 16 |
| Rain mm | 5 | 2 | 12 | 22 | 55 | 94 | 114 | 121 | 154 | 116 | 49 | 12 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.
