Buy Moluccan Cockatoo in Annamayya, Andhra Pradesh

What is listed for Annamayya is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different bird that fits your schedule than sell you the Moluccan Cockatoo you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Apartment living: what actually matters

Balconies need grilles before a Moluccan Cockatoo comes home, not after. Beyond that, apartment life suits this breed well: it wants company more than square footage, and a Annamayya flat with people in it beats a large empty house.

Weather, coat and the Andhra Pradesh year

the air stays humid through much of the year, so coat and skin care need attention For a Moluccan Cockatoo that means grooming is not cosmetic - it is how you catch problems early. Ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat, and you will find the tick or the hot spot while it is still nothing.

Feeding a large bird without guesswork

Match the food to the adult size, not the current one. A large breed grows into its requirement over months, and switching brands abruptly will upset it - phase any change over a week. Fresh water, changed twice daily, matters more than the brand you choose.

Settling in with children and other pets

Give the resident pet the higher ground and the first choice of space. A new large bird entering an established household is the intruder, and letting the existing animal keep its status shortens the adjustment considerably.

What a Moluccan Cockatoo costs in Annamayya

Expect ₹311,626 upward. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the paperwork you were told to insist on. Budget separately for the first year's vet work.

Your first fortnight, step by step

Week one: keep the bird to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new Moluccan Cockatoo.

What you will pay

Expect ₹311,626 upward, to around ₹311,626. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 5-15 Years.

Health and handover

Every Moluccan Cockatoo is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large bird moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
