What is listed for Mothkur is what we can place. Ask us before you decide: we would rather steer you to a different dog that fits your schedule than sell you the Rottweiler Puppy you asked for and hear about it in six months.
Health records you should insist on
Insist on originals, not photographs. A genuine record for a Rottweiler Puppy names the vet and carries dates you can verify. It is a two-minute check that separates a documented dog from an undocumented one.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the Rottweiler Puppy arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a dog that seeks them out.
Apartment living: what actually matters
Your neighbours matter more than your floor plan. A family friendly Rottweiler Puppy that greets the corridor politely buys you goodwill you will need later. Spend the first month on that and the rest of 10-12 Years is easier.
Is a Rottweiler Puppy a sensible choice for you in Mothkur?
You are choosing a 10-12 Years commitment, so be unsentimental for a minute. A large dog in a Mothkur apartment works when the building allows pets, the lift is reliable, and someone can break up the day. Two out of three is usually not enough.
What a Rottweiler Puppy costs in Mothkur
The purchase is the small number. Over 10-12 Years, food, boosters, grooming and one unplanned vet visit a year will each outweigh it. Anyone selling you a Rottweiler Puppy without mentioning that is selling, not advising.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Do not introduce a large Rottweiler Puppy to the whole building in week one. Let it learn your flat first. Everything else - lift, lobby, other residents - goes better when the dog already has one place it considers its own.
What you will pay
Expect ₹27,992 upward, to around ₹27,992. Price tracks documentation and age, so the cheapest listing is usually the one missing the records you should insist on. Budget separately for the first year — food, boosters and one unplanned vet visit will each outweigh the purchase over 10-12 Years.
Health and handover
Every Rottweiler Puppy is checked, vaccinated and dewormed before listing. Keep the paperwork somewhere you will find it in a year: booster schedules run from the original dates, and a large dog moving to a new vet needs that history intact.
Raising a Rottweiler in Mothkur: local climate
Mothkur is hottest in May, averaging 41°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from April to May. A Rottweiler needs real protection from that because a large body sheds heat slowly: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 15°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from July to August, and August is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new Rottweiler puppy, the easiest months to arrive are January, February, June, October, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 30 | 34 | 38 | 40 | 41 | 35 | 32 | 31 | 30 | 30 | 29 | 29 |
| Low °C | 15 | 18 | 22 | 25 | 28 | 26 | 24 | 23 | 23 | 21 | 17 | 15 |
| Rain mm | 8 | 6 | 17 | 21 | 29 | 112 | 169 | 192 | 143 | 90 | 17 | 5 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for Rottweiler Puppy
Your week with a Rottweiler Puppy, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the dog properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the Rottweiler Puppy comes home.
