We place across Malharrao and the wider Telangana region. If a giant dog does not suit your hours, we will say so — that conversation is free and saves everyone the harder one later.
Your first fortnight, step by step
Week one: keep the dog to two rooms, same feeding times daily, no visitors. Week two: widen the space, start short outdoor trips once the vaccination schedule allows. Rushing either half is the most common mistake we see with a new French Mastiff Puppy.
Feeding a giant dog without guesswork
Skip the table scraps entirely, however hard the dog lobbies. A French Mastiff Puppy that learns the dining table is a food source will keep asking for 10-12 Years. Set that boundary in week one and you never have to revisit it.
Settling in with children and other pets
Teach the children the rules before the French Mastiff Puppy arrives: no disturbing it while eating, no picking it up, and let it come to them. Children who learn that get a dog that seeks them out.
What a French Mastiff Puppy costs in Malharrao
Between ₹47,270 and ₹47,270 covers most placements here. Where yours falls depends on lineage and how old the dog is at handover - an older, fully vaccinated French Mastiff Puppy costs more up front and less in the first months.
Is a French Mastiff Puppy a sensible choice for you in Malharrao?
Start with your week, not the breed. If you are out of the flat eleven hours a day, a family friendly French Mastiff Puppy will not fill the gap quietly - it will find something to do and you will not like it. If someone is home, this breed settles into Malharrao without much drama.
Weather, coat and the Telangana year
The year splits into a dry half and a wet half, and a giant dog notices both. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Adjust walk times in the heat and drying routine in the rain, and the French Mastiff Puppy will barely register the change.
French Mastiff Puppy price, and the cost after it
₹47,270 to ₹47,270 for the dog. Then plan a similar amount again for year one. Anyone selling you a French Mastiff Puppy without mentioning that second number is selling rather than advising.
Records to insist on
Ask for the vaccination card, the deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note, and read them before you pay. We provide all three. Insist on originals — a genuine record names the vet and carries dates you can verify.
Raising a French Mastiff in Malharrao: local climate
Malharrao is hottest in May, averaging 43°C in the afternoon, and stays above 38°C from March to May. A French Mastiff needs real protection from that because its short muzzle makes panting less effective at shedding heat and a giant body sheds heat slowly: walks before 8 am and after 7 pm, a cool tiled floor or a cooler in the afternoons, fresh water in more than one place, and never a parked car.
Winters are mild, with December nights around 14°C, so cold is not a concern.
The rainy season runs from June to September, and August is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk.
For a new French Mastiff puppy, the easiest months to arrive are October to January: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
| Month | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High °C | 31 | 35 | 39 | 42 | 43 | 36 | 31 | 30 | 30 | 30 | 30 | 30 |
| Low °C | 15 | 18 | 22 | 26 | 29 | 26 | 24 | 24 | 23 | 21 | 17 | 14 |
| Rain mm | 10 | 6 | 17 | 20 | 28 | 157 | 273 | 284 | 184 | 86 | 13 | 4 |
Climate figures: NASA POWER long-term monthly averages for a roughly 50 km area around the city, so rain near hills or the coast can read higher than in the city itself.

Care Tips for French Mastiff Puppy
Your week with a French Mastiff Puppy, reduced to what actually matters.
- Grooming: ten minutes twice a week, hands through the coat. You find the tick while it is still nothing.
- Damp: dry the dog properly in the wet months. Skin trouble here starts damp and gets ignored.
- Floors: runners over polished granite before it arrives, not after the first slip.
- Food: portion by weight, adjust monthly, no table scraps from day one.
- Balcony: grilles up before the French Mastiff Puppy comes home.
